"my name is João Carmo, I was born in Lisbon, Portugal in 1987.

In 2008 i finished a professional course in Audiovisual and Multimedia at Restart (Instituto de Criatividade e Novas Tecnologias, Lisbon).

After I finished my course I worked as a Multimedia operator in difrent broadcast projects.

Latter in 2011 I decided to study again in university and in 2017 I finished my Audiovisual and Multimedia course at ESCS (Escola Superior De Comunicação Social).

I really enjoy visual arts.
My favorite topics are Graphic Design, Web Design, 3D Modeling and Video.

I like to work in team and try to give the best for a good work flow.
I am always open to new experiences and learn new knowledge".

In Portugal I worked for wtv (Wisdom Television) as multimedia operator and video editor for several projects:

2016:
At this time I moved to Innsbruck, Austria where I started to work in Vizrt as enginier support. During this time I tested software and Hardware for TV environment.

2017:
I started work as Free lancer. During this time i developed some projects about brand and webdesign. Beside I worked as Bartender at Hard Rock Café Innsbruck.

2020:
From this time on, I am working as Graphic Designer for TDI.
TDI is a Austrian company that print and design textil for all over the world.

All the projects that are in this area were developed by me. In addition to real projects that are online you can also find projects developed in university environment.

All these projects were developed from scratch using html, css, javascript and php.

All these works were developed by me in a Ludic context, the objective was only to improve techniques and to explore more the softwares. However some works ended up being used in professional environment and others gave rise to an exhibition at LX factory in Lisbon.
